Hernandez was charged with felony robbery, which will most likely be reduced to a petty misdemeanor of under $250, a spokeswoman for the Third District District Attorney’s Office told the paper. They added that she will likely be forced to pay back Sonic and be fined an additional amount, or the charges may be entirely dropped.

Last Friday a New Mexico woman was charged and arrested after ordering food from a Sonic and shouting “This one’s on God” before running off.
To that the server reportedly said, “That’s not how this works” while trying to keep the food away from her. He then handed her the meal after being threatened.
Court documents say that the server called the police. Later, the authorities found the woman -30 year old, Delia Hernadez at a park eating her stolen food. Funny thing though she told the cops that she knew what she did was wrong and hesitated to eat her stolen food. However, she ate it anyway because she was “starving”
