Hello indie music nerds! Good news has come! Hot Chip,  the wacky electronic dancey band from across the pond  has dropped a new single from their much anticipated seventh album,  A Bath Full of Ecstasy. This album is a follow up to their 2015 work Why Make Sense? This  would mark the first time that the band has worked with outside producers to bring in a more bold style of songwriting.  Though their classic synth base dancey vibe  is still there.

The full album comes out on 6/21 from Domino records.

A good  music video acts as a short film, and if done well can  grab the audience’s attention. The Hungry Child music video got creative with an old template.  I will let the substance of  this music video speak for itself. But, I do want to say that it felt almost magical following the couple around who hears the song following them around.  The video stars Martin Starr of  Freaks and Geeks fame and Milana Vayntrub from  This Is US.  The video is directed Saman-Kesh who has directed music videos for folks such as Placebo, Ed Shareen and Basement Jaxx
